I drive by this person’s house on Goldsboro Rd. in Bethesda often.  I want to meet the person who lives here!

I love this type of thinking outside the box.  Goldsboro is a pretty busy road.  Instead of buying a fence, this person simply made a huge stack of wood, door and all!  In the process, resources and $ were undoubtedly saved- and I’m sure this has a big impact on the traffic noise as well, since it’s a thick, solid wall.

I’m usually proud of myself when I get free wood chips for my garden from trucks I happen to see on the road chipping up branches.  Whoever lives in this house, has upped the ante for me… my wood chips pale in comparison to this wall.
